stoneware. Dark ash glaze. Lots of incredible rich surface colour and variation. Glaze surface is satin and silky to the touch.
Fired to cone 12.
This piece is one of a kind, just like every item that comes out of the wood kiln. Even using the same making technique and glaze will have different results based on placement in the kiln. Nothing can really be duplicated.
