porcelain. repeating leaf stamp. Cherry blossom shino with wild clay brush mark. Very blush-peachy with the contrast of the dark almost metallic coppery tones of the wild clay. The side facing the firing box got a beautiful deposit of ash creating lots of glassy crackles.

This piece is one of a kind, just like every item that comes out of the wood kiln. Even using the same making technique and glaze will have different results based on placement in the kiln. Nothing can really be duplicated.
