blue + white salad bowl 02

this is a large serving or salad bowl. perfect for serving a big salad or keeping fruit on your counter. decorated with handpainted design.

This bowl was made on the potter's wheel. It is made with a redish-brown speckled stoneware clay. It is decorated with a rusty-beige glaze on the outside and a white slip on the inside, painted with a cobalt stain and a tiny little red heart off-center. Covered with a glossy transparent glaze. Blue & white decorated pots are a timeless classic, this is my own playful interpretation. 

this bowl is dishwasher & microwave safe and food safe.
